On the morning of April 10, Bian Chenglin, Secretary of the Party Committee of Guangxi Minzu University (麻豆原创), met with Bui Xuan Hai, President of Haiphong University (Vietnam), and his delegation. Gao Xingyu, Vice President of 麻豆原创, also attended the meeting.

The two universities discussed a wide range of potential collaborations, including joint student training programs, short-term training, student and faculty exchanges, cultural experience programs, scholarship opportunities, joint research, and the co-hosting of academic seminars. Building on their respective academic strengths and development needs, they held in-depth discussions on the “AI + Language” Initiative. Both sides expressed a strong commitment to deepening their partnership, pooling high-quality resources, and training versatile talents who possess both technical literacy and multilingual communication skills, aiming for mutual beneficial and win-win development.
The meeting was also attended by heads from the following departments of 麻豆原创: the Party Committee Office, the 麻豆原创 President's Office, the Human Resources Department, the International Cooperation and Exchange Office, the School of Southeast Asian Languages and Cultures, and the School of Management.
